Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all in-stock items. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be authorized by our Customer Service Department.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain works of art are made to order and are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Large wall art
  • Original artwork
  • Special framing orders
  • Commissioned pieces

Because these items are custom-produced, they cannot be restocked.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 30 days of refund approval. Purchases made using alternative payment methods will be refunded by check.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

A 15% restocking fee applies to all authorized returns.

Frame Backorders

If your selected frame is temporarily on backorder, we will automatically upgrade your order to a higher-quality frame of similar color at no additional charge.
