Order Processing & Delivery Times

If your order has time-sensitive requirements, please Contact Us before placing your order so we can confirm production and delivery timelines.

Many of our products — especially framed and large wall art — are custom-made to order. Expedited shipping options refer to transit time once the item has shipped and do not include production or assembly time.

Production timelines vary depending on product type and complexity. While we pride ourselves on efficient fulfillment, larger framed artwork may require additional preparation time to ensure safe packaging and delivery.

Orders to Hawaii and certain remote locations may take 3–4 weeks to arrive via USPS.

Shipping Charges

We use real-time shipping rate calculators from UPS and USPS at checkout. Shipping charges are determined at the time of order placement based on weight, size, and destination.

If you believe your shipping quote is incorrect, please Contact Us prior to shipment and a team member will review your order.

In rare cases — particularly for international shipments or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii — actual carrier costs may exceed the quoted rate. If this occurs, we will contact you before shipping to confirm approval of any additional charges. You may choose to proceed or cancel your order for a full refund.

International Shipping & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
